I might be attending a Wash U (washington university), and I was wondering if there were any good indian restaurants i can eat at (when i get homesick lol)? THanks

My favorite is India's Rasoi. The lunch buffet is truly great. Mmmm, I wish I had some palak paneer right now!

House of India on Delmar is excellent. The restaurant has a comfortably chic atmosphere, but they also offer a discount on carry-out orders. They are my first choice for Indian in St. Louis.
Tandoori Hut at Hampton and Fyler in south city has great food, but dinner portions are tiny for the price. Their lunch buffet is excellent; go when you're hungry and you'll get your money's worth.

I like Priyaa (1910 Mckelvey Rd) and India Palace (4535 N Lindbergh Blvd). There might be others closer to Wash U, but these both have great food. India Palace is at the top of the Howard Johnson hotel, so you have a neat view. They also have a great buffet!
