well i learned in my abnormal psychology class in college that there really is no such thing as a "nervous breakdown" (i was a nursing student)...people just came up with the term for some reason and whiney people like to use it...so next time someone tells you that just tell them to quit their complainin cause there ain't no such thing!

I know that you TRULY know nothing. According to Socrates, "I only know that I know nothing." Our knowledge is primarily based on sense-data, that is, the things we perceive through our senses. Those perceptions can only lead us to a "justified true belief" and beliefs are not facts, and our perceptions can be deceiving (for example: optical illusions). Therefore we base what we "know" on things that are not "facts", so..what really really know is nothing. :)
