I doubt it...
seeing LSD was discovered by a scientist named Timothy Leary while he was working with molds to come up with an antibiotic similar to penicillin.
LSD in it's original form is mold on rye.
I really don't think there are any ingredients in either toothpaste or an orange peel that you can make bathtub acid in anyway...
oh...and if your thinking of trying the rye seed thing...you can't.
you need a federal license to buy the stuff in a grain store and the stuff you buy for cooking has already been toasted so it's ineffective.
Edit:
Ironically there are 2 Timothy Learys...the one who discovered it in the 1920s ans the one who promoted its use in the 60s...Abbie Hoffman was a Yippie radical who took LSD but was not involved in its discovery.

You have to use toothpaste with a high fluoride content, spread it in the whites of the peels, out them in an airtight clear bag, and sit them outside for around 2 weeks. And it's the liquid that firms under the toothpaste that will make you trip. Though, this isn't LSD. It's actually LSA. But. Same basic effect

Tim Leary didn't discover LSD, he promoted it during the 60's as a way to expand your mind, Albert Hoffman discovered it in 1943, he accidentally tripped by coming in contact with it on his skin. It is derived from the fungus ergot, which can affect rye. And no, putting these two together will not make LSD.

Done a lot of LSD since the 60's but never heard of that one, if it was true we would have save a lot of money. Sounds about like the story in the 60's-70's that if you smoked dry banana peals you'd get high.
