I'm having pinto beans, they are simmering in the crock pot at my mom's house. She is cooking for my husband and I. You have to put them in the crock pot really early in the morning. (About 7 am in the morning!)
You sort and rinse the beans in a strainer, then add then into the crok pot with about 8 cups of water on low heat. Also, you might want to add a couple of bacon strips to add flavoring. :)

Well.... i made spaghetti and shake n' bake chicken.
Last night i made lamb chops with lots of vegetables.
You could always just make koftas which is really just ground beef with onions and parsley in rolls(not patties) and then eat it with ketchup or whatever else you feel like. It's quite simple.
