They can look as much as they want, but watching too much could be harrasment, also.. if they go onto your property without a reason..that can be illegal.

No law against it...unless she enters your property lines.....maybe she just admires your home or garden. I used to have a neighbor that would drive around the corner and look into my back yard.....found out he admired my garden and the neighbors had told him about the koi pond and etc.....he never had a invite so he did the best he could....peer in from around the corner.

For some reason this person seems to be jealous of something . Maybe trying to keep up with the "jones" some people just don't have a life of their own. Unless she does something I don't think you can legally stop her. Best thing is try to ignore her or if you see her ask her what her problem is.

She is on a public street and can look wherever she wants, as many times as she wants.

You don't have any legal authority to determine who may gaze upon your property and who must turn their head away.

Maybe she just really likes your house or is birdwatching or something.

no, why don't you walk around the corner and ask her what she is doing.

But in general she is on public property, she may be breaking a traffic law, but that is about it

As long as she isn't trespassing or harassing you, shes fine. But talk to her! Sounds weird to me, I'd ask whats up.

nope, you can try gathering evidence(videotaping her) and a restraining order as a nuisance but good luck in trying to make it stick
