not interested in him.
Because of that, he is mean to me at work...he's said little comments during work meetings and the like.
How can I be his friend so that he will stop picking at me, while at the same time, making it clear that I don't think he's God's gift to women?

Just don't care about him. Guys like that are jerks who deserve to be ignored every once in a while. If you show that he bugs you, it's just as bad as the others falling all over him. It's still an effect...ya'kno? Just act like he's not even there...

Simply just keep being nice to him...I know it will be hard but hay if you keep doing this he will soon wake up to himself & realise how foolish he has been.
Then if he still keeps it up use sexual harassment law suit
