I can't seem to start any of my papers; I get stuck when i have to write a report even if it is not a very hard topic, the words don't seem to flow.

First, don't try to put off writing that must be done on a schedule. Try to think things out in advance...before you even try to write. Don't try to force it. Science Fiction writer Robert A. Heinlein once wrote, "If you happen to be one of the fretful minority who can do creative work, never force an idea; you'll abort it if you do. Be patient and you'll give birth to it when the time is ripe. Learn to wait." I've used this advice many times and it works for me.....

i would suggest starting off by taking a peice of paper at first begin writing words, sentences, thoughts, etc that first come to mind about the certain topic u have to write in the report. Dont worry about what you write on the paper its just brainstorming ideas, and once u get one or a few, start researching info about it and the report should go on from there.

Hope that helps some!

read something that interests you and is well-written, try writing in different place, or read your previous essays or papers that you did well
