If you read the article on parity in the nba there are many teams that could be championship contenders. I would definitely count the Chicago Bulls as championship contenders. Last season, they were a good defensive team, especially their guards. Kirk Hinrich and Ben Gordon are a good guard combo, Andres Nocioni is becoming a good player and really improving, Tyrus Thomas looks to be good, and Ben Wallace was a damn good addition. Now with Ben Wallace, he will bring a strong-defensive mindset to the team and help other players feed off of his defense. The one problem I have with the Bulls is whether Big Ben will impede on their offense, because he's is not a good offensive center. But looking at this team right now, they look to have an awesome season, and possibly become championship contenders. We'll see!!

This year, no, but i'd say next year or the year after definitely. Right now they have the talent to be a contender but the chemistry won't be there. The Bulls have to get used to playing with each other on offense and defense like these championship calabor teams already can like the spurs and the heat. I'm likin' what the bulls got going on and i think hinrich is underrated and hes one of the best pg's in the league, and with some of there growing talent they are going to be a perenial powerhouse for years to come.

rather! The Bulls have already got offense skill and performed ok protection yet now with Ben Wallace you progression a step nearer to the NBA Championship. and so as that they weaken a solid contender in the Pistons.

well yes

but they are not bigest contender in the league like the Pistons still have four all-stars

and Cleveland will give it a go
Miami
Dallas
San-Antonio
LA Clippers

yeah and thats only the big ones so I dont know if they will get enough from there new pick-ups... even Ben Wallace

but in years to come they will be a HUGE contender for a title
with Ty Thomas, Kirk Hinrich, Ben Gordon, Thabo Sefolosha, and Luol Deng are like the Mavs and soon will be better with a bit more players and experience

Yeah right.
Why, just cuz they have Ben Wallace now? Please...the Bulls might be a little better than the past few years, but they're not going to be contenders for the championships...no way.

GO PISTONS!!!

Possibly, the Bulls look good this year. They only have a short window of opportunity before the wallace deal becomes a one sidded poor investment

yeah i would say so but they have to get out of the east first which would be difficult and if they were to accopmplish that then they would have to play a very good western conference team such as dallas sanantonio phoenix or somebody of that caliber
