I don't think your eyes grow. They might change shape however. It that what they mean?

Yeah, your eyes do change shape slightly as you grow, but not really enough to matter. When you get contacts, just get a 6mth supply, or 4mth supply, and have a checkup after that. In a couple of years, once your perscription stays steady for a while, you can get a years worth of contacts.
Oh, I suggest the 2week contacts. The month long ones don't usually last for the whole month without issues.

I first got contacts when I was 12-I'm still wearing them now. I don't think eye size ever really mattered-at least it was never a problem. Did they maybe mean about eye shape though? I suggest you get Soft Lenses. They are easier and more comfortable to wear as they let in more air and moisture for your eyes. It is perfectley safe to wear them now, don't worry. Also, I suggest you get Daily Lenses or Weekly, monthly lenses usually give some sort of issue to the wearer.
Hope I helped
