Your answer is pretty much on the mark. My only response would be that the difference between George Bush’s I.Q. and Ground Zero is that there is always room for improvement on Ground Zero. Something can rise above Ground Zero. Bush’s nil IQ, unfortunately, will always stay the same. Tragedies that transpire in life are easier to rectify, than tragedies of birth.
