I hate to have to say it, but I'm really afraid that it's all over but the shouting now. The laws are now in place. The Illuminati are planning another catastrophic event so Bush can declare martial law. Then the military will begin rounding up all dissenters and filling up all those secret concentration camps they're building. The rope is around our neck. The fascist police state is almost here. Good bye beloved American freedom.

you mean we can't see what evidence is against us anymore that not only not fair its unconstitutional. I was wondering what was happening to me without going into to many details the police department has changed, to where the victim can't say shes been stalked either and have the police on her side. It may be because they have a medical condition they hold that against you. bush has changed a lot of laws he holds the fact not just the fact that women are abused against them. he has changed a lot of laws not just the tortured law and I was not sleeping but he also thinks that women should not file charges for being abuse. There has been laws that he passed that has been making it harder.

the writ of habeas corpus has been taken from all American citizens,, ,, Bush can use his own conscience to decide what torture is or is not,, depends on what the definition of is,, is,,, he found a way to save his own butt and his subordinates from using torture in his secret prisons,, and at GITMO,,, but Bush can also decide who enemy combatants are,,, anyone he wants to drag in off the streets,, like John Skerry for example,,, could be held indefinitely without an attorney,, also other leaders in other countries can make the decision as to what they consider to be torture,, the Geneva Convention was tossed aside,, which puts American troops in more danger,,

If you had a legitimate position, you would not have to add lies.

The Act applies to "enemy combatants," and not U.S. citizens.

No one was sleeping. Some Americans just don't understand that the US Constitution has never protected non-citizens, which is the reason this redundant legislation was necessary.

like most of what liberals are told to believe about Conservatives, it isnt true. but we can dream cant we.
you are like the poor guy who keeps looking for the video of the President saying God told him to go war. i know that you believe it, but dont you wonder why you can never find it anywhere, just people saying that it is so. so i will tell you what i told him: find the law that says bush can decide who should be tortured, post it and i will pay you a thousand dollars and of course the news would pay you much much more.or you can email me from my yahoo answers homepage. hope to hear from you soon.

Another person who regurgitates liberal talking points and can't or won't read.

It would be poetic for the Dem's to be elected and you and the rest of your kind die in the next attack.
