They bury them. Ants are tidy creatures. When their fellow ants died, they pick them up and put them in a landfill near the nest.

They could have fallen down the plughole. Kiling ants is very bad, because when you kill one the rest go back to the nest as quickly as possible. The queen ant is usually waiting at the door and she counts them as they go in. If she notices that even one is missing, then she will give birth to 50 more ants. Then the infestation will be bigger than ever. That was not a joke.

Some species use some of the chemicals in the bodies but most of them have their own special area (Ant cemetery) where they carry their dead to and dump them . If you really interested visit nature museum . Most have live ant colonies on display

Part of the definition of death for ants is the ending of oleic acid production. When a dead ant no longer gives off the scent of oleic acid it is generally taken to the midden; the ant equivalent of the " dump ".

They toss them out or eat them (cannibalize :). All part of waste management.
Here's a fun fact:
Did you know they drag other bugs along the ground until they fall apart, while leaving a scent trail behind them so other ants can pick up the pieces and bring them into the nest?
