Change my clock? Into what?
Hey petzneo. If you did not adjust the time on your clock, wouldn't you have awakened one hour early? Going back to Standard Time, gives us an EXTRA hour.

no changed em at around 7am thou forgot to do it last nite wasnt looking too happy at 5am this morning when me son got me up and i realised it was 4!!
