??? If you *succeed* at being a failure, you are still a failure. If you tried to do something and wanted to fail at the attempt, but for what ever reason you succeeded in that attempt then you are a failure at failing.

if you aimed to fail AND you succeeded the answer would be no because your aim to fail was successful

If I want to fail a test then I do fail that test then I have succeeded in failing that test. So yes it is possible.
