Yes, especially if it was a "State" college. No disrespect to anyone, but Ive seen it first hand. Many classes and profs just require you to gather and organize information, then present it, either in paper, speech, or test. Sparks Notes just did half the work for you already. Cheating and Plagiarism are rampant. In my opinion a B.A degree is not proof of anything other than you know how to work the system.

That's a pretty poor university if they didn't require anything beyond the crib notes to pass an exam or write a research paper. I couldn't have gotten away with that in high school, much less college. But then, my degree is in physics - you can't crib your way through that.

I graduated HS like that except I had a 4.5 GPA...I dunno about college though, I think SparkNotes would just help reinforce the info. In my experiences in college, reading the book is needed (unless she cheated)

i would believe that. I managed to get my degree in theatre performance tech and i didnt really go to half of my lectures and still passed!!
