Maybe you are blind and you can't see your shadow. If you are not blind then maybe you aren't looking hard enough.

Stand outside on a sunny day and look at the ground. More than likely there is a shadow there.

You can also be inside with the lights on. If you point a light at yourself, there will be a shadow on the other side of you. This is because your body blocks the light, which prevents the light from reaching the other side. The resulting effect is a shadow.

You could even try it this experiment with a flashlight, a lantern, or anything else that will produce light. I think it would even work if you were next to a camp fire.
