We don't have a Pearl Vision here anymore, so I can't rate them.

I got my glasses done at Lens Crafters and I never had any problem with them. I rate them highly.

Just avoid Dr. Bizer's Vision World like the plague that they are.

I have personally enjoyed the service at lens crafters buttttttttttt I think they are overpriced even with the discount coupons you get in the mail or off the web. I would go to your regular eye doctor and get you first few pairs from him then order the same lenses online at a website like vision direct. This is what I did for my daughter when she wore contact lenses. It was a lot cheaper in the long run and I knew her eyes were well taken care of since we had been seeing this same eye doc for a number of years.

My husband had pproblems with Lenscrafter and his insurance company. They were listed as a provider but when he went in and got his exam and his glasses then they informed him that they didn't except his insurance. They were totally unwilling to accept his insurance, even after being called by the insurance company.

Go to Hour Eyes. They're cheaper and friendlier, especially if something goes wrong.
