I would say the Fall, the reason is that you can dress in so many ways. Example: If it is cool out throw on a sweater or light jacket, if its a bit warm you don't need those just wear what you feel is comfortable with. Besides that it really, truly the most colorful time of the year, and so much can did done without insect repellent, tanning lotion etc.( Lock them all away)
