The A/C is in perfect condition but won't blow cool air. Moreover, when I turn the A/C or heater on it emits an antifreeze odor.

You say "the AC is in perfect condition but won't blow cool air". How then do you define "perfect condition"? You probably need freon and a new heater core.

Check the passenger side floor mat, is it damp. If yes then its the heater core

You said it "antifreeze odour." Also you will lose coolant. and may notice dampness on the floor board most likely on the passenger side.
