Front seats are bolted down four bolts each rear seat bottom is held down at the front with spring clips pull up then the seat back has two sheetmetal screws remove them and lift straight up off the seat back hooks. Easy and you will find 37 years of lost change moldy french fries and who know what.

Slide the seats all the way back. You will find they slide on a couple of rails. If you look along the rail, you will find a bolt holding the rail in place. Remove that bolt.
Now slide the seat all the way forward, and look at the other end of the rail from the back seat, and remove that bolt. Lift the seat straight up and out.
Reverse that to reinstall.

remove the bolts on the seat rail, there are four.
