The human body are born with intelligence, we just have to be toughed how to use it, That why we go to school to learn how to apply our self. nothing is fix, but sure can learn to alter your mine.

I don't need to cite any evidence, As any scientist knows; the effects of the genes are probabilistic, not " fixed ".

PS As you age though, the variance of the genetic influence goes up, for rather obvious reasons.
