I know we have the preppy brands, ganster brands, and gothic brands. What exactly is emo?

most ppl say emo is just when a guy wears girl pants and has bangs that go to one side that cover his eye and cuts himself. emo stands for emotional. they usually like really heavy metal/rock "screamo" music. not many emos cut themselfs, its just a steryotype. and emo clothes are just about the same as skater- volcom, etnies, vans, dc, element. stuff like that. hope answred what you wanted!;)

emo is sad and depressing music and emo kids are people who listen to emo music, cut them selves, and where there little sisters clothes. emo kids usually shop at hot topic pretty much the same thing as gothic clothes
P.S. not only emo kids wear tight jeans
P.S.S scenster is a whole different thing than emo

i dont really think there are any emo brands, but emo is more of a style, if you match up the right things you could look emo
but an emo store i know of is hot topic
most emo people make their own clothes anyway

nah dude dont simply suppose the whole thing in sizzling matter is emo. they combine with goth that's verryy specific. sizzling matter has emo crap however zumiez has stuff too, besides it perhaps too skater. 3Oh3 is beautiful unwell however they dont have plenty of retail outlets. dont reduce guy.

converse for sure, anyone that makes tight jeans and stripy & tight shirts really...practicly all girls clothse(for the guys) and for girls..practicly just the same..converse shoes with tight trousers..usually stripy shirts. and the emo hairstyle..thats emo defined lol
