I am going to be the OLD style cat woman. With the little mask on her eyes, i am going to have pushed up hair with cat ears, and i am wearing a cape with the tail attached, and all of it is going to be black!!! I NEED TO KNOW WHAT COLOR TO PAONT MY NAILS & HOW I SHOULD PUT THE MAKEUP ON MY FACE

Since your outfit is black, painting your nails black will look good on your body, since it will stand out and tell everyone that you are a die hard Catwoman.
Now with your makeup, you should print out a picture online and have a friend do your makeup like the picture. That way, there will be no mistake in thinking "am I Catwoman like enough?'
Recently, I went to a party, and one of my buddies looked just like "Tribal Captain Jack Sparrow." With all the eyes and stuff. His roomate did the same thing that I am recommending to you, and it really fooled me!

You should use dark eye shadow to highlight your eyes. Use glossy red/wine color on your lips. You can use any dark shade, like blackish red, purple or pure black nail polish. You should try some makeup on your cheeks as well, may be light pink blush-on. Would you like to try a nice chocker to hug your neck, may be a red one? It will add red with your full black dress and also resemble cat. Then it won’t be a problem to add red on your make-up.

Smokey eyes, black. Cat eyes eyeliner. Blood red lipstick and nails. Over extend you lip liner to make your lips full.

you can use a grey eye shadow if you want,(or just a highlighter all over your eyelid&till the crease up. but use thick black liquid liner and make a cat eye look with them. Use a voluminzing and lengthening or lenthening and thickening mascara for a more dramatic look. use red lipstick or gloss and red nails. your blush can be a light pink or light brown color.

use black eye liner, dark red lipstick,black for nails,and also dark eye shadow (it will look nice on u if u have light blue eyes)

you should have smoky eyes ....... they look really cute especially if you want a sultry and sassy look also ware a dark wine lip stick but don't put on a lot just put a little on than smear with your finger
...... also add some black fake nails
