My back really needs to be cracked, what is a way to do to it myself? No one I know is around at the moment and it's really bothering me.

stand infront of a wall, or a door frame and hold on to it. plant ur feet firmly on the ground, square with ur shoulders. push ur body towards one direction with ur hands and stretch ur back at the same time.

or sit down with one leg crossed over the other with ur knee up. put the opposite arm across (like the runners stretch) and push really hard and concentrate on stretching ur back.

both always work for me. i was a gymnast for many years and this is what we did

The thing I used to do is sit in a chair with arm rest on both sides and turn your body, while still seated, to the opposite position and your back should crack and feel much better.

roll on a tennis ball, my husband does it all the time. just put a ball under your neck lying flat on the floor and raise your botton off the floor and push yourself along with your feet until you reach your tailbone. it works for him.
