There isn't one I'm afraid! The closest you'll find is the Common App - http://www.commonapp.org/
That covers some, but by no means all, of the colleges and universities in the US. The other downside is that many colleges will require a supplemental application to the Common App, just to make sure you show them how much you care! You'll be yearning for UCAS before long!
It is a drag to fill out all of those applications, I know, but at least you can do it online and use the autofill feature rather than spending hours writing out your name and address on 50 different forms.
