Yes!! According to the book of Gemini. If Adam and Eve were the first parents we are all descendants of them. Going on down thru Noah and his family since every body else was washed away with the flood! That makes us all cousins (x a couple hundred or so) Different races occurred because of lack of obedience at different times. For instance Indians/Hispanics/Samoans /Eskimos and Hawaii natives are all related to Lehi thru Laman and Lemuel. It's all explained in the book of Nephi - in the Book Of Mormon!

EVE, by an chance? No, I do not believe I am related to a mythical being.
Indications are that, yes, we are all related to a small group who evolved in Africa.

It will depend on the religion, not all religions "have heard" about them.
In that case only christians, jews and muslims would be related.
