These reactions are nucleophilic aromatic substitution reactions.

The first product is p-methylbenzenesulfonic acid. This is commonly referred to as p-toluenesulfonic acid, or tosic acid for short.
toluene-H + H2SO4 --> toluene-4-SO3H + H2O

The second product is p-bromotoluene.
The reaction is toluene-H + Br2 --> toluene-4Br + HBr.

Toluene-H shows that toluene loses a hydrogen atom.
You will also get some ortho substituted prodcuts.
