One night on a dark highway, one of my friends was taking me to another town after work. No other cars around.....up in the distance we could see bright lights. We got up to it, and it was hanging over the highway about the heidth of a tree. The thing was massive in size, as it spread the width of the highway and a little more. It was sort of triangular in shape, but with rounded edges where the corners would be. Along the inside close to the edges, were different colored bright lit lights. I wasn't scared at the time. My friend said on the way back home, the object was gone. We still to this day do not know what it was. I have no explanation, other than that it was an unidentified flying or hovering object. Any answers or similar sightings would be welcome. Thanks!

i experienced such a phenom as this as a child of about 7. i had gone outside and to this day can clearly see it in my mind. it was only about 20ft over my head and was made of a shimmering black solid. it was very large, probably a hundred yards in diameter. it was circular with 26 circular all white lights in a symmetrical pattern. i only say it from the very bottom as it was just exactly in the center over me. i ran to show my parents but when i turned around when i was opening the door there was nothing. the entire thing of my watching it seemed like only a few minutes but had been something i will never forget. it was not completely silent either. it was not spinning or anything and there were noises i cannot desrcibe. i have been interested in such things ever since. hope this helps

Yea I've seen that. You can go on ggogle and look up pictures for it as it has been sighted and photographed many times. I highly doubt it came close to you seeing as it would have been seen with the bright lights and what not. Could have been a hoax maybe not who knows.
