I want to go to the amusement park with my niece, who has been begging to go for the longest. She's a roller coaster enthusiast, and she really wants me to go on the rides with her. I'm only three weeks pregnant (that is...if I really am, being that it's too soon for me to take a test). If I get on a roller coaster, could I do harm to the little ball of cells that's inside of me?

At 3 weeks of pregnancy, it should be safe. Unless the rides are thrashing you around extrememly hard, then there is nothing to worry about. However, once you have reached 3 months or more, then i would avoid these types of rides. The reason that doctors say its okay during the first 3 months is because the placenta hasant fully developed yet. After 3 months, it isnt safe because since the placenta is complete, there is a chance that it can rip from the uterus wall during a ride. But at 3 weeks pregnant it is safe.

I would caution you that these rides may bring on some morning sickness at this stage in pregnancy. Bring a paper bag along just in case, but have fun while you still can!

There is not a amusement park in the world that doesn't have a rule that says if you are pregnant then you shouldn't ride. Besides why would you even want to knowing that you are pregnant.

Why risk it? Wait another week, test and if you aren't then go. Otherwise, no way should to ride roller coasters.

water park on account which you have adequate time to flow on better than like 3 journey (which could be an entertainment park) yet once I had a speedy pass (pass that lets you pass others) then entertainment park.

There are signs all over theme parks that say not to ride anything if you are pregnant.

I would heed any warnings that each ride might have. Better safe than sorry.
