Surely someone else will do your homework for you.
The object as you probably know is to isolate the variable(s) to one side of the equation and solve for the variable.

It is important you learn how to do this, as math problems go, these are very simple ones, you need to figure them out. If you show your work the odds are you will at least get partial credit even if you answer incorrectly.

(2r-3)/3 = 3/5 => 2r-3 = 9/5 => r = (9/5+3)/2 = 2.4

0.1r = 1.8 => r = 18

3/5x - 2 = 6 + 1/(4x) => (3/5-1/4)(1/x) = 8
=> (7/20)(1/x) = 8 => x = 7/160

2r-3/3=3/5 [I assume you mean (2r-3)/3]
10r-15 = 9
10r = 24
r=2.4

.4r -1.2 = .3r +.6
4r-12 = 3r + 6 [multiply both sides by 10]
r = 18

3/5x -2 = 6 + 1/4 x
3-10x= 30x +5/4
3-5/4 = 30x +10x
7/4=40x
x=7/160

2r-3/3=3/5
2r=8/5
r=4/5

3/5x-2=6+1/4x
3/5x-1/4x=8
x(3/5-1/4)=8
x(7/20)=8
x=20*8/7
x=160/7
