What's wrong with Skycat? Skycat Publishing. Sounds ok. Although the market you're aiming for may influence it a little, e.g. a name suitable for a company that publishes mainly books for children may not sound right for one that publishes road atlases. Not that it should matter that much. Liked "Hold That Thought" and "Penny Dreadfulls" though as well.

for the phoenix firebird that in mythology is reborn. It also symobizes the rise and fall of a society. here is one of the myths of the phoenix.
At the end of its life-cycle the phoenix builds itself a nest of cinnamon twigs then ignites; both nest and bird burn fiercely and are reduced to ashes, from which a new, young phoenix arises.
