When kids have under age sex and are found out why are they not punished? Its illegal but no punishment is put in place so they get away with it which is why they keep doing it!!!!
Does anyone else agree?

Because this isn't something new. It's been going on for years and years. Once a child get so old all you can do is tell them what is right and wrong. Keep a eye on them but you can't live life for them. It's easy to say don't do it. It's wrong. But will they listen. You can't stop them from living and making mistakes. It's just life. I do agree I wish they didn't but I can't stop them. It's sad. In order for them to be
punished by law they would have to be of legal age. Most parents do punish them. Yet they do it again.

Technically it's illegal for someone over 18 to have sex with someone under 18, but it's not illegal if both people are under 18 or over 18.

Secondly, I would pose this question to the parents of the two kids having sex. Where is the parental involvement? Where is the concern for the welfare of the kids in question?
