Its Obvious that NO young NBA baller plays/played like the Young Michael Jordan, but who comes the closest? Past or Present. We are talking Rookies-3rd year players.

I think of all the young players Dwayne Wade's game comes the closest to young Michael Jordan's. They're both well rounded and uber-athletic. They both have a similar game in that they can get to the basket almost at will but lack a consistent outside jumpshot.

Statistically, last season, Dwayne Wade's stats actually resembled MJ's rookie stats pretty closely.

Wade (05/06) - 27.2ppg, 5.7rpg, 6.7apg, 2.0spg, 0.8 bpg, 3.5TOs, 49.5% FG, 78.3% FT and 17.1% 3pt (13 for 76).

MJ (84/85) - 28.2ppg, 4.5rpg, 6.5apg, 2.4spg, 0.8bpg, 3.6TOs, 51.5% FG, 84.5% FT and 17.3% 3pt (9 for 52).

LeBron James is playing like the next Kobe. Then the only better person out there leaves is Dwanye Wade. He is the next Michael.
