If you are referring to the hijab only the adult women cover their faces not the young girls that is how you can identify them. Also they will talk to you if you talk to them and ask them their name.
We are actually very nice if given the chance. But everyone assumes that because we are arabic that we are terrorists which is not the case.

They don't have that problem in most muslim countries because the women in those countries are not allowed out of the home with out a male escort. or at least permission, and permission to go to school is rare in islamic countries.
Were the muslims celerics get their way every woman in the world would spend thir livs behind closed doors with just enough of a slit ot se eout of if that.
Mohammad mus trelly had hated women. He had to be a laten homosexual with massive haterd for females.

If they were in an enviroment that encourages full vail then they would be no need for you to speak to them. They would only unveil infront of other women.

You could tell by height, the shape of their head, their eyes. Same way you learn to tell twins apart. But really FR Chuck is right on this one.
