Just one. But unlike many other team sports, a points tie is actually looked on as a "good" thing. You get credit for a tie in soccer - obviously not as much as an out-and-out win, but a little.

None. It doesn't matter how many goals you scored. The point is to score at least one more goal from your opponent to earn 3 points and your opponent 0 . If scored the same number of goals with your opponent you each get 1 point
