Those times in life when you realize you are seeing or experiencing something that may never happen again and will forever be etched in your gray matter for the rest of your life.
The birth of a child your child, those first steps, that first kiss, or hello..
Weddings, and yes Funerals, not that they in themselves are that great, but they cause us to stop for a moment and reflect on how we fit into this thing called life.
In that brief moment when you feel like somehow you can almost get your hands around the question...That moment of clarity, those are the "best" moments in life..When the physical brain nears the spirit and we can feel and see both at the same time..Usually this is quick and fleeting and gone almost before we realize it has happened..
Those for me are the "best" times in life...

First Kiss, Marriage, Babies, Family Gatherings, Grandma homemade cookies and fudge, Vacations, Dreaming of the Beach, Realize that life is really just worth living, little cousins, brothers, and sisters. Thats just some. If things are tough, a good book or movie to take your mind off things help. Just breath. Thats also a good things.

having lots of friends that truly care about you
having someone that makes your heart do that little flip-flop

having such a good life that you tend to take things for granted...
living in a time that women aren't considered "the weaker sex" anymore.

- love for the ONE
- The day you find out tht you are gonna be a DAD!
- having your child ( this has to be the best one I presume )
