Yes, you should tell your boss now that you have let it slip to coworkers. You don't want the rumor to get back to your boss before you have a chance to tell him/her yourself. Hopefully you have a supportive boss and work environment.

You could tell your boss. Remember that this is your family we're talking about, you shouldn't be ashamed or afraid to let your boss know.

Yes, you better tell your boss. It's better that way than if he/she hears it through gossip, then your boss will lose trust in you and will wonder if/why you were trying to hide your pregnancy. Good Luck.

Yes and No. Depends on what kind of work you do. I read once that most women don't tell until they are past the stage (12 weeks) that a possibility for a miscarriage is over.

Obviously you don't want your boss to find out from someone else. That would be very tacky, so you have no choice now but to tell him.

WELL SINCE YOU SLIPPED IT OUT YOU MAY NOT HAVE TO TELL YOUR BOSS SOMEONE PROBABLY ALREADY DID IT FOR YOU. BUT IF THEY DIDN'T THEN YES YOU SHOULD TELL YOUR BOSS IT'S THE PROFESSIONAL RESPECT.

Family and Medical Leave Act requires you to notify your employer as soon as the need for leave is foreseeable, so you'd better tell your employer ASAP. If co-workers let the company know instead of you being straight about it, then they may challenge your leave.
