I don't think they're real. I mean, anyone can just write anything. But that doesn't stop me from reading them. Sometimes they're true, sometimes they're not. I think you have to believe in yourself and give your own self luck and work to achieve the goals you want to achieve. However, there's nothing wrong with reading them.

Astronomy definitely is real.

However, may of them are not accurate. In order to get a real horoscope you would have to get a chart made.

In order to go that you would need to know the exact time and date of your birth, the place, as well as many more factors.
It does require a lot of detail.

That is why when you open a newspaper, often the horoscope is not accurate because, they are giving the same advice to every person born in that sign month and it is very inaccurate

You have to have the chart made just for you. If you were born Jan 1 at 10am and you put in 10:02 you will get a totally diffrent results.

Have a horoscope made just for you and you will see that amazingly they are not as fake as you may think.

However opening a magazine or newspaper is really just journalists and writers taking a guess.

Just think about it we are all made from the same star dust that made the planets and the stars millions of years ago, so it only makes since we are all connected

Horoscopes huh? Now let me th ink. You pick up a newspaper and look under your sign a nd it says something. Ya pick up another newspaper, or magazine and there is one for your sign that is totally different. Now, no matter who reads what horoscope, that person has to believe that eeeeeeeeeverybody born on that day, no matter what their situation in life may be, needs to watch out for "somebody who will ask them for a favor today which must be thought about very carefully because you might get yourself into something more than you thought" LOLOLOL Hey, I think I might be good at this.

Horoscopes can be useful, but most newspaper horoscopes are as reliable as the gossip column or gossip at the office, on average.

"Believe" is the wrong word to use loosely. Use the word "believe" only as it applies to you and no more.

As for horoscopes, they are nothing more than instruments of human weaknesses such as uncertainty, insecurity, inquisitiveness, curiosity, etc. and should not be taken seriously. However, I see nothing wrong in using it as an instrument of an amusing conversation.

I have been researching the subjects of astrology and numerology since 1982 and I have found next to nothing reflecting the truth! The only thing that I could say with some reservation is that both astrology and numerology are about 70 percent accurate only when it comes to character description, which I attribute to so many centuries of kept statistical data. As for predicting the future, only the naïve would consider their validity.

Moreover, both of these subjects have absolutely no rapport with any applied and/or liberal arts sciences.

I'll say it again.
Astrology uses science but is not a science. Where do you see this section? Entertainment & Music, not in the science section. In the newspaper it's usually with the comics.
Below are two links. One is for a good explanation of what is science is and is not. The second is a Baloney Detection Kit by Carl Sagan.

Gullible people believe in horoscopes. And there are millions of them. It boggles the mind.
