I always hear that the Omega protiens are the best for concentration. So Omega 3, 6, and 9 which can be found in eggs, green veggies, and fish, I understand. If you ask at the health food store they should have some other things too.

I know this sounds weird but I like to do brain exercises like math or just jigsaw puzzles to concentrate.

I don't know if any of these things help creativity.

Several herbal remedies available. Go to herbdoc.com and see for yourself. Among the people in the know you can try herbal CAYENNE powder mixed with Ginko Biloba extract or tincture and see results within a few days. The above website is your best bet for what ails you. Any (quote ANY unquote) disease is curable by your own body if you have the right herbal remedies.
