Sounds like a yeast infection.
What Are the Symptoms of a Yeast Infection?
Common signs and symptoms of yeast infections include:
itching and irritation in the vagina
redness, swelling, or itching of the vulva (the folds of skin outside the vagina)
a thick, white discharge that can look like cottage cheese and is usually odorless, although it might smell like bread or yeast
pain or burning when urinating or during sex
If you have any of these symptoms, see your doctor or gynecologist. It's easy to confuse the symptoms of a yeast infection with those of some STDs and other vaginal infections. Your doctor can give you the right diagnosis.
Try monistat 7. You can get it from Kroger, Walmart, CVS. Almost anywhere.

If you are uncomfortable--itch, discharge etc--you need to see a doctor to be screened and treated if necessary. You may have a yeast infection or a bacterial vaginal infection, both of which are NOT sexually transmitted and more often than not you did nothing to bring them about. Yeast and bacterial vaginal infections are very common and you should be screened and subsequently treated if it is possible that you have one. If you are sexually active you should also be screened for STD's, just to be sure and give yourself some peace of mind.
If you/your family has insurance you should talk to your mom and explain that you think you may have a vaginal infection, or just tell your mom that you want to go to the doctor for a general check up. What happens at your doctor's appointment stays between you and your doctor, your parents are not able to find out--you have doctor-patient confidentiality. If you don't have insurance I'd encourage you to contact your local family planning clinic, all services are completely confidential for everyone including minors.

You can go to the doctor without your parents. They cannot legally share anything with your parents, its doctor/patient confidentiality. Unless you tell your parents, they won't find out. Do you think you have something from some sexual activity you did? If you didn't, its ok to tell your parents because you didn't do something wrong and they can help you (especially when you pay for the doctor and medicine). Whatever you do, go to the doctor, they'll help you prevent problems in the future and help you with whatever you have now. In the end, even if your parents find out, its better that you go and get healthy than if you wait and something worse happens.

it sounds like you have a yeast infection. This is a common mishap for women and is easily treated with OTC creams. However, you really should see a physician first to make sure that's what it is. Once the diagnosis is confirmed, you can treat yourself in the future by buying the medication at the drugstore.

Go to a drug store and try some Monostat creme. It can be bought over the counter. If you do not get better, then it is something other than a yeast infection and you better seek help from a physician.

I would try one of the over the counter yeast infection treatments first--Monistat, etc. If there's no improvement in a day, see your Dr.---either way, you should have yearly exams, depending on your age and is you're sexually active.
