Goodluck, I'm still trying but I have lost a lot of weight. Have you tried using an ab roller. They are only about $15 at Wal-mart and they are really easy to use. It tones your muscles in your belly. Also try jogging. If you jog a lot you can't keep the weight on. If your like me though it's kinda hard to do much with babies so I got a exercise dvd. It's called Walk A Mile and it's only about 15-20 minutes long and the steps are so easy. It really works you out though. Right after I had my second baby I exercised with it every night before I went to bed for a month straight. I didn't change any of my eating habits and I lost 15 lbs that month so you might try that. It's actually pretty fun. Good luck.

Nothing short of liposuction will get rid of the pudge below your belly button, but pilates is great for everything else.

besides nursing, drinking LOTS of water is really good. add a drop of lemon to the water so you dont retain it. eat something small as soon as you get up to get your metabolism going. dont eat for 3 hours before bed. make small changes to get little bits of extra exercise, like parking far from the store so you have to walk farther. even just fidgeting helps you to burn small and constant ammounts of calories. just these small changes can make a BIG difference if you follow them
