I can't get the plug to come off to drain it.

There should be a drain valve, probably a plastic wing nut plug, in the bottom of the radiator. Loosen it, remove the radiator cap and let it drain. The drain plug doesn't usually have to be totally removed. Just the way its made.

Second choice is to take the bottom radiator hose off and let it drain IF there is NO drain plug. Good luck. Pops
