Is there a shortcut to put borders around paragrahs in Word 97?

Using "borders" under "format" in Word 97 you can but a border around a paragraph but it is complex. Is there an easier built in shortcut?

The easiest waay to put a border around a paragraph is to name it a table using borders. Something like

Paragraph
