You can wear them for the next four days. There is not some magical transformation from "safe" to "infectious" that occurs exactly 14 days after you remove them from their packages. You are allowed to wear them 14 times, and even that is more of a guideline than an actual rule.

stop worrying so much about it......the 2 week time period is a just a guideline to go by......you should not get an infection from your contacts if you are keeping them clean and changing the solution every night......I have been wearing contacts for 16 yrs and I usually wear mine over the 2 week period and no infection...the reason they tell you 2 weeks is because the buildup on the contacts resticts the oxygen flow to your eyes...but that isnt "dangerous".....just make sure you change them around your 2 week deadline...doesnt have to be exact....if they feel uncomfortable throw that pair out and get a new pair....it will not hurt you to wear them an extra couple of days...stop worrying so much.

My husband has the ones wear you wear a week and throw out. Honestly he never does he wears them for about 2 months and throws them out (he is lazy) His eye doctor tells him its not that good, but he cont. to do it. So far he has been doing for 9yr with no problems but.....

Yes I think it wont be a problem if you wear them the remaining days.

I've worn lenses for thirty years, and I've worn them until I'd worn them 14 times, as you describe, no matter how long that took, with no problems. Just clean and store them properly between times. Good luck!

I have worn them longer then they say that you can. As long as they don't irritate your eyes and you can see ok.
