oh, I get such bad cramps too! get on your hands and knees and rock back so you chest is on your knees then as far forward as you can, keep doing for a few minutes. It helps ease mine a lil. Sometimes I do it in the shower too with really hot water hitting my back (my cramps are there too). Also try a heating pad on your belly... you can buy ones that stick to the inside of your underwear and they stay warm for 8 hours and you don't have to just lay there.

Lay in bed with a "hot" heating pad and watch a good movie, and maybe take extra tylenol or extra cramp meds. If they are that bad, let your dr. know and he can always prescribe something for you.

Use those heating patches and put them on where the cramps are. You can go to the vitamin store and Hyland makes pms pill which are all natural and work great.. Good Luck

if your cramps are so bad that you cant control them with OTC pain relievers then you need to see a doctor to find the underlying cause of them.......it could be endometriosis, fibroids, or something more severe...or birth control may be able to control them. Your doctor needs to help you find what is causing them...it isnt normal to vomit because of mentrual pain.....Go see your Doctor.

Try a heating pad, or a long soak in a hot tub.
