it's impossible. to be scared to death once means you cannot be scared anymore at all, 'cos you're dead! So, if you were genuinely scared to death, it'd be just once: never twice!

that is redundant to be scared to death you are dead hence the word death. therefore to even suggest that you could be sared to death twice is idiotic.
