Wait a minute! I am in Chicago and it's 4:18 pm and I'm in the central time zone. My sister lives in Phoenix, Arizona and it's 3:18 pm (mountain time) that's one hour behind.
They are an hour behind central time.

arizona is 2 hrs behind central time any time.

Phoenix doesn't do a time change. My parents are in Oklahoma and now with the time change they are only an hour ahead of me instead of two.
