i have VERY fair skin and im looking for lipsticks/eyes shadows or whatever that would suit ... not dark or overdone though!

Look for sheer makeups that are in the porceline range. I would think "pale" - "soft" - "muted" - like soft browns for the eyes, and soft pinks for the lips.

Fair skin, less make-up. Go for the most natural look you can. Test lipsticks on the inside of your wrist. Eye shadow colours would be light grey, light green, with green khol under the eyes not too much though. Brown or grey mascara lightly again. Light coloured peach for your cheeks. Just lightly enhance your features. Enjoy practising and experiment either on your own with friends. Be honest with yourself. Boyfriends like girls to be natural.

Foundation: Bare Minerals
Concealer: Philosophy and Bobbi Brown
Blush: Nars and Tarte
Eye Shadow: Bobbi Brown and Stila
Lipstick: Stila and Lorac

I also have practiacally white skin. Icy blue or white powdered eye shadow looks good. same with eyeliner. otherwise you look like a raccoon. lipstick, it kind of depends on your hair. i'd go for peach or light pink. avoid glitter. go for shimmer instead. glitter makes you look younger unless you're over id say maybe twenty. otherwise you lok like a crazy lady whos rtying to be young.

Well I use CG base & powder and Maybelline eye shadows/mascara, as for lips I use Avon lip gloss. There's a lot you'll have to try to see what doesn't irritate your skin and compliments you. Good luck

it all depends on your skin tone and type,hair colour, colour of eyes. then there's style and what you are wearing comes into it and age is the big factor. most women go wrong with make-up is wearing the same make-up style for over ten yrs.
remember your face changes over the years

light brown going to a cream on your eyes nude foundation a chocolate lipstick and a light pink blush

go with really light peach blush on the cheekbones, a beige shimmer on the eyelids, and light brown mascara. stick with a light colored gloss for lips

light mint/gold-beige with brown mascara
a lipgloss or sheer peachy pink lippy will do
a toch of light blush works wonders
