They allowed it to happen so Bushie could have his war. Even worse is how we have this "War on drugs"--ie- they allow drugs to be made here and/or allow it to cross the border, and make these half-a**ed attempts to round up low-level dealers and users to fill up our prisons so they can pretend they are doing something about it to cover up the fact that it's all a big fat lie!!! Drug rehabilitation programs are actually a huge bureaucracy set up for one simple purpose: to create "problems" for the state, nations, and counties to 'cure', getting HUGE payoffs in the process!!! HA!!! Well, I for one don't believe they CANNOT stop the drugs from coming in to our country anymore than I believe in Bushie's WMDs!!!!!!
