No. Here is a list of all the Vancouver airport restaurants. And links to other things to do there.
3 hours? It's kind of a grey area. Too much time to hang around the airport - not enough time to really leave and do anything. I've had that in Vancouver a lot. If you mean 3 hours total - then need to be at the gate 1/2 hour before, security checks and line ups 1/2 hr, arrival unloading 1/2 hr. If you leave the airport it's 1/2 hr each to and from where you are going. That really leaves you 1/2 hr to eat and rushing it.

No, there isn't. Vancouver has some amazing Chinese restaurants. My advice is to leave the airport and take a cab to one of the following retaurants, some of which are within 20 minutes of the airport...
